Gerardo D. Aguinis, Vice President, The Zall Company, LLC, has more than sixteen years of experience as a senior manager of several Japanese, European and American multinational corporations in the Retail, Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Consulting Industries.
He has led projects regarding development of start-up companies, real estate positioning and expansion, process improvement and quality enhancement, and strategic planning and change management. Mr. Aguinis has held management positions in both large corporations and start-up companies including Sanyo Electric Co, American Express, Gartner Consulting, and Telecom Argentina Stet-France Telecom.
Mr. Aguinis achievements in the Real Estate Landlord representation business comprise re-merchandizing and development projects including The Great Mall of the Bay Area (Milpitas, CA), Foothills Mall (Tucson, AZ), Country Club Plaza (Sacramento, CA), River City Marketplace (Jacksonville, FL), and Northfield at Stapleton (Denver, CO).
Mr. Aguinis was born and raised in Argentina. His bilingual and bicultural background allows him to act as a liaison to assist Hispanic retailers to expand in the US market.
He holds BS and MS degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and an MBA Valedictorian from the University of Colorado. He is a Real Estate License Broker in the State of Colorado.
