We focus on understanding the retailer's business, their relocation or expansion needs, and what makes a successful store. We identify and analyze alternative markets to target those that best fit their profile. We establish and coordinate requests for proposals for the various properties and negotiate those proposals and leases on behalf of the tenant. We then assist the tenant to move in and to achieve their long-term goals.
