We focus on understanding the retailers business, the relocation or expansion needs, and what makes a successful store. We identify and analyze alternative markets to target those that best fit your profile. We establish and coordinate requests for proposals for the various properties and negotiate those proposals and leases on behalf of the Tenant. We also assist the Tenant to move-in and in continuing to achieve their long-term goals.

Through our on-going working relationships with major landlords we identify retail opportunities for our Tenant clients in all of the shopping center categories.
